Sean Palani is a long-time veteran of the hospitality industry, having started in a local diner back home in CT when he was fifteen. What started out as a part-time job to put some money in his pockets has turned into a lifetime career for serving others. Having lived all over the US and holding several roles, Sean finally decided to venture off and create a rolling hospitality cart that brings people together over a cup of freshly brewed Turkish coffee. The experience allows him to blend his two of his many passions together-serving others and creating lasting relationships, something hospitality is built around and which is also the foundation of his hospitality and small business consulting business, “The Pineapple Project; A Southern Hospitality Company”.

When Sean is not playing with coffee in the sand, you can find him with his wonderful twin boys Frankie and Keoki, always on the hunt for new coffee shops and food spots to support.
